A Taste Of Canada
Wow - it has been FOREVER since I have made a personal content post here at My Hiding Place In Cyberspace!
I get so excited promoting all of the great giveaways in the crafty blogger world that I forget that I, too, am a crafty blogger! :)
In addition to working on several dolls for customers and Craftster swap partners, I have been working in all different mediums, crafting for an amazing tree-themed swap, also hosted on Craftster. This month has been the PERFECT time for a swap like this. The colors outside are unbelievable and inspirational. Autumn is one of the reasons I love living in the north. You just can't be unhappy when the sun is hitting the trees that look like blazing fire, and the leaves crunch noisily under your shoes. I even love the sweet, earthy smell that is exclusive to October here in northern Ontario.
Well I suppose I should head on downstairs and get back to sewing! I will leave you all with some beautiful autumn color that I used for inspiration in the Tree swap. All photos were taken in my backyard this year.
